OMG!! Incredible! Stunningly beautiful! Extremely happy! I'm going to buy another one for my 2nd bathroom. Absolutely gorgeous. Everything packaged vary safely in lots of bubble wrap, and the tap was in its own cloth bag to prevent scratching, and then in many layers of bubblewrap. The styrofoam base that the bowl sits in was broken in half, and the box crushed a bit, so obviously, despite all the "Fragile" stickers, the courier was rough with it - so if yours arrives broken, then it will be the fault of the courier, not the supplier. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an up-market lift in their bathroom. Ordered on July 7, Arrived in Canberra, Australia July 19. Excellent delivery time!

I came whole, only on the crane a small kotsk straight on the corner, not very nice, the goods came very quickly
